The full story

Mimi & Lula were not clowning around when they created this Clown Ruffle Collar & Hat. It includes a white tulle ruff and striped monochrome clown hat, complete with fuffy red pompoms. The hat is attached to a flexible Alice band so it will stay on securely and can be comfortably worn from age 3-5. Just add white face paint and a red nose and you'll have yourself a jolly little jester — all that's left is to teach them how to juggle...
